What is the frame material of your shower enclosures?
Vitta’s glass shower enclosures feature aluminum and stainless-steel frames, chosen for their long-term durability. Depending on the model, many designs incorporate slim frames to highlight the glass and create a sleek, minimalist look—without compromising structural integrity.
What is the glass made of?
Vitta uses low-iron glass for exceptional clarity, free from any greenish/blue tint commonly found in the market. Our glass is ultra-clear and ultra-transparent, with a thickness ranging from 8 to 10mm, depending on the shower enclosure model. Additional glass finishes are also available.
How to I take exact measurements for the shower enclosure?
You may send detailed photos of your shower area along with the measurements—either in meters or feet—through any of our online platforms. We recommend taking measurements only after the wall tiles and shower floor or tray have been fully installed, as measuring beforehand may lead to inaccurate results.
Our team can also conduct an ocular or onsite visit to your residence to take precise measurements for you.
Can I request size and finishing customization of a particular shower enclosure?
Of course! For custom orders, our team is ready to assist—just provide your measurements and preferred enclosure type. We also offer a range of glass finish options to suit your style. For those in a hurry, displayed items from our showroom collection are readily available for purchase.
The shower tray or shower floor are not perfectly levelled with the enclosure, what should I do?
During installation, our team will ensure the shower floor is properly leveled with the enclosure to help prevent water from splashing outside. If you notice any leaks afterward, our service center can assist as long as item is still under warranty. Just contact us with your invoice number and we’ll arrange a home visit to resolve the issue.
How do I clean my shower enclosure?
Vitta’s shower glass enclosure is surprisingly low-maintenance. Just wipe down with a soft cloth after usage to avoid water stain build ups. Over time, water stains may still appear—this is normal in glass. Simply wipe the glass with a soft damp cloth with lukewarm water and vinegar solution to maintain its clarity and shine.
How long is the warranty?
Vitta offers a 3-year warranty on all items. To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, please keep your receipt or sales invoice as proof of purchase.
I need spare parts for my shower. Where can I buy them?
Vitta offers a 3-year warranty on all items. However, if parts are lost or damaged due to customer negligence or accident, our team can help you order the necessary replacements from our supplier—costs will be covered by the customer. For assistance, please contact our team.
What are the delivery times for your shower enclosure?
We require 45 to 60 working days to prepare and purchase your enclosure. This timeframe is also applicable for customized orders. For those in a hurry, displayed items from our showroom collection are readily available for purchase.
